Even though I entered the login ID and password provided by IMC, I cannot log in to "Support for user" section of CMAXS portal site.

We have provided IDs and Passwords for the following 3 (three) systems. Please refer to the instruction manual. 1. Go-Global (for connecting to the CMAXS system server) 2. CMAXS system (refer to the instruction manual; default settings: Headquarters [man], Ship [cap]) 3. "Support for user" in the CMAXS portal site.
